BKC Board members act as representatives for our organization and must demonstrate a strong passion for and dedication to BKC’s mission, vision, goals, and strategic direction.
The BKC Board of Directors is currently composed of 16 members from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, from community and government leaders, Indigenous organizations, public service, not-for-profit, post-secondary, and business leaders and founders. The BKC Board is committed to having a majority (50 %+) Indigenous (First Nations, Metis, and Inuit) representation, with representation from Indigenous Nations and communities from across Canada.
